ISO 9001 Compliance for French Locations
The three French locations of Swissterminal – Ottmarsheim, Ile Napoléon, and Huningue-Village-Neuf – successfully demonstrated their compliance with the ISO 9001 quality standard for the first time during the surveillance audit in November 2024. With this achievement, Swissterminal now also meets internationally recognized standards for efficient quality management and continuous improvement processes in France.
ISO 9001 ensures that organizations systematically monitor and optimize their processes while placing customer satisfaction at the forefront. “Our French locations have established a solid foundation to offer our customers the familiar Swissterminal quality here as well,” explains Matthias Dischinger, COO of Swissterminal.
By achieving ISO 9001 compliance in France, Swissterminal reaches another significant milestone in its corporate development. The company will continue to focus on continuously improving its processes to ensure quality and efficiency across all areas.
